How do you figure you call it an insurrection when the FBI says it was not an insurrection? How do you figure to call it an insurrection when not one single gun was found on anybody? How do you figure anyone can have an insurrection, with no guns, against THE MOST HEAVILY ARMED NATION IN ALL OF HUMAN HISTORY??????

@MarthannBann888 Legislators of “the most heavily armed nation in all of human history” don’t keep firearms on their persons when in session. And don’t play stupid, it was an attempt to prevent the peaceful transfer of power, which is the very definition of an insurrection. They shouted “hang Mike Pence!” And several people lost their lives as a result of those events.

@MarthannBann888 Stewart Rhodes, the leader of the Oath Keepers, was sentenced to 18 years in prison for "seditious conspiracy" for his role in the Jan. 6 riot. Trump has stated that if he is reelected, he will pardon the Jan. 6 rioters. This qualifies as giving "aid and comfort" under the 14th Amendment, disqualifying him from appearing on any ballot.

However, this will be decided in court unless Trump chooses not to challenge it.
