Will Bannon go to prison?

I'd put the odds as pretty slim at this point, given that he won't be sentenced until late October, still has appeal rights, and the fact that his Contempt for Congress is so politically popular.

Between that and getting Trump to release non-existent privilege, my guess is, even though he "lost," he's probably won, especially since he was pardoned and given free license to commit fraud again.
