Captain Marvel imo. in the comics a new hero has future telling powers and predicts that hulk will kill the avengers. after captain marvel lures out banner hawkeye shoots and kills banner. it's later discovered the new characters powers work on probability not 100% guaranteed destiny.
rather than admit fault and seeking to do better she arrogantly tries to justify the actions and starts civil war 2 over it. a lot of death n destruction because she didn't wanna admit maybe she made a mistake.

@XDHyperGirlXD1 they are arrogant but iron man's civil war wasn't about his ego. it was about people registering their powers so that another school doesn't get blown up and Dr. Strange is arguably one of the most powerful avengers on the roster so some arrogance is fair.
