Pls help with instagram purchase

So recently I found this very pretty photocard on insta and I would like to buy it.
However I have never done so before and I'm not sure what to do.

The seller ships to Europe, but how do I tell my address in the first place? I mean through DMs. Also how to know I won't get scammed? They said payment is through PayPal. I can solve that, I'm just nervous.

Am I just overthinking this ??
