Email from the music department at school.
Now when ever I get a email from my kids school I always start to worry. So I was kinda scared to open it but the news wasn't bad at all.
It said my daughter is learning the cello very well and they would like her to focus on it for 6th grade orchestra. As for her violin playing they feel that 6th game lessons are no longer challenging her and would like her to join the 8th grade class as 2nd chair. I'm so excited and proud of her! It does mean she will be missing grm class but she hates gym anyway. I can't wait for her to come home from school. We're going to celebrate and let her pick dinner then we'll have a fire and s'mores!!
