When Virginia turned insurrectionist 140 years ago, wasn't West Virginia carved out of what once was Virginia? Can today's Virginia be further cut in half again?

@4meAndyou The whole northern sector across the Potomac River from me is has been turning blue for some time. It's pathetic how the far left have influenced and are destroying this once solid red state and they did with population infiltration.
