It Is Literally Freezing Here, In Virginia!!!

@cherokeepatti Yes it does. The older I got the less I wanted to go out on cold days. Just curl up in my recliner under a blanket with a hot cup of coffee and a good book.

@Musicman that’s the way I was when I was working at the university too. By lunch I was thinking about which hot soup I was going to make when I got home.

@cherokeepatti The days I hated were those 26 degree days with those northerly winds. Having to work outside all day those winds just cut through you.

@Musicman People who have lived in both Oklahoma and Colorado told me that Oklahoma’s cold is much worse than Colorado’s cold winters. I don’t know what the difference is but everyone I know who has lived in both states has said the same thing. It’s miserable to be outdoors here in the winter unless a rare warm front has arrived.

@cherokeepatti My only guess would be Colorado is dryer and Oklahoma has more humidity. I definitely don't like cold weather.
