Vacation Texas this summer 🙌🏼Might be moving there yay

Honestly, I have never heard a good thing about Texas.

I live on the Texas coast, and we love it here...except for the hurricanes. People in my area are mostly friendly to all races and nationalities. I like the hill country best and east Texas the least. Texas politicians are awful, but that may be true most places.

I lived in a suburb of Houston for a year. The weather was great but on walks I had a few times where cars would slow down or honk probably thinking I was a prostitute. It was weird.

Was considering the move to Texas as well. Heard it's hot and muggy, plus property taxes are 2x because they have no state sales tax. Still might check it out.

Moved to Texas a few months back. It’s been great so far. Hill country is nice.

Depends on the part of Texas. It’s a big diverse place.
