I’m travelling the US this summer. Any recommendations?
We’re 100% doing Nashville and Orlando. But are there any other places you would recommend and why ?

Who all is going and what are y'all hoping to see?
If it were up to me, (and I'm a beach person), I'd definitely say y'all need to hit up some beaches, Orlando and Nashville don't have beaches... but there are many to choose from in Florida.
Orlando obviously is Disney, I believe I heard this is the first year that they're keeping all the water parks open all Summer long, Blizzard Beach AND Typhoon Lagoon. My understanding is the Blizzard Beach usually closed during peak season to make sure they had staffing for elsewhere.
And Nashville has the music scene.

What mode of transport and how long are you traveling?

@SW-User Agreed, bag fees can get expensive. It might be worth finding a rental car place, some will rent to a person under 25, but you might have to pay a larger deposit.
I just looked, both Hertz and Enterprise rent to under 25, but they will have a young renter fee that can vary based on where you are renting it. The benefit of a car would be say going to Nashville, rent a car and take a 3 hour drive to Memphis, visit for a day or two, return to Nashville, return the car at the airport then do your next flight.
Oh, I would say New Orleans is definitely worth a visit. Plus if you rent a car there you can see some of the other areas.
