It's ultra-conservative and honestly, I wouldn't recommend it. There are a few spots that aren't as bad, but mostly, it's a gun-totting, bible-thumping, hate everything not Christian/ultra-conservative state.
Then again, it might depend on where you are now and the problems there.

But don't worry, I have had the proper training and education while growing up in iowa during the 80's, as well as had an armed security license when I lived in Las Vegas
