The building was undergoing renovation to make it into a residential area. There was falling bricks and sagging.

It makes me wonder why it is suddenly happening.

@Adrift The building was being converted to apartments, and now after whatever the workers DID, several of the upper floors are sagging. They noticed a structural column collapsing, and then they noticed cracks in the walls.

But I'm SURE the workers are not in the least bit responsible...
