Yikes! A High-Rise Building Formerly Housing Pfizer Is On The Verge Of Collapse, Buildings Around It Around Being Evacuated…

@MarineBob It’s being remodeled. Maybe they removed something that they shouldn’t have in order to make that building into residential units.

@Adrift The building was being converted to apartments, and now after whatever the workers DID, several of the upper floors are sagging. They noticed a structural column collapsing, and then they noticed cracks in the walls.

But I'm SURE the workers are not in the least bit responsible...

Either that or the 50 year warranty on the building expired.

@4meAndyou The developer kept working on it after problems arose and the work was unauthorized. He’ll probably get fined & sued for everything he has now. And may get criminal charges on him since 8 people got injured due to what he did.
