is nyc citizens stupid

Just 24 years ago 2 planes were flown into the tallest buildings in the city and killed thousands of people while the world watched on tv. I dont remember this but I heard the story from my mom enough as she told me how our neighbor came running into the apt as she was getting me ready for daycare so she could go to class. She told my mom to turn the tv on as she watched the 2nd plane hit the south tower. So now 24 years later NYC has seemed to forgotten the worse terrorist attack in US history and elected a muslim as Mayor. Have these idiots lost what is left of their mind. Just because he promises free stuff? but than free stuff is what the liberals are all about.

Talking all about communities getting together in your post and then saying a muslim mayor reminds of you 9/11 isn't a great look.

BTW assuming your oldest age you were 1 when it happened, I was 11 and actually living in the States at the time, so I know more about the trauma of that day than you.
@pdockal Just like you guys don't when you call our Country "socialist"

!!!!!!!!!!

Show me where I've ever said that
@pdockal You guys always do. Too much Breitbart for you.
NYC voted for the person that focused on NYC and had the least amount of baggage.

Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani called the NYPD “racist, anti-queer and a major threat to public safety.”
Mamdani is right that we need to help the mentally ill living on our streets, but he doesn’t have a realistic plan
Mamdani wants free buses for everyone, which he says will cost $700 million annually — though the head of the MTA predicts that will climb to $1 billion a year. That the same thing has been tried before and failed — numerous times!
Capitalism is bad, so let’s have a city-run grocery store with controlled prices! These stores wouldn’t have to pay property taxes, or rent, since they’d be in city-owned buildings. How many immigrant-owned bodegas will go out of business trying to compete against a store that gets such advantages? Details! Again, this has been tried before. And again, in places like Kansas City, city-run grocery stores were too expensive and unworkable
To this day, Mamdani refuses to condemn the phrase that calls for the destruction of Israel and the killing of Jews.

I could go on & on
@pdockal He's a politician, that's part of the job description and all the other have lied too...

You going to tell me Andrew Cuomo and Eric Adams haven't lied?
@pdockal You could go on and on, but you would just be wasting your time...

The voters clearly thought he was the best choice...

I'm not saying they're right, but it is what it is, the voters don't wanted to try something new instead of going the same old guys that haven't work...

It's what's in right now, get rid of the old guard and try something new....

I'm not defending it, nor saying it's right, but it's what the voters are going for
Yes, they are.
