“I have to make an emergency trip to the Vegas store tomorrow…can you take me?” She asked sweetly…

So the coffee maker is set for 3am, the alarm is set for 4am, I have to shower at 5am so I can pick her up at 6am to have her checked into the hotel by 10am so she can be at the store chopping heads off at 11am.

*sigh*

There had better be Starbucks involved at some point on the drive 😂

@bookerdana I’m usually half asleep and start it manually, so really I have. I idea how long it takes, lol. I turn it on, plop down on the couch to game, and like half an hour later I’ll remember I have coffee, lol.

She’s an area manager for a sushi restaurant chain. Apparently some new manager dropped by the store yesterday and write up some report that makes the store, and by extension her, look bad. So she’s going out in person to verify the report, and either the store manager or the new area manager are getting a thorough dressing down by her.
