No, this tragedy is a result of limited access to health care and underlying inequities that would make it more difficult to travel out of state for an abortion.
@Riverman2 If you read my comment you could have answered your own question. I previously stated, "This tragedy is a result of limited access to health care and underlying inequities that would make it more difficult to travel out of state for an abortion." Meaning If patients had access to proper health care and access to abortions in their state babies wouldn't be in trash bags. Abortion is the topic of discussion so yes death comes as a result.

@Riverman2 yes. Some people can't afford to bring up a child. Some people don't want to bring up a child. Some people conceived through no choice of their own.
The person who was carrying that fetus obviously would have aborted it before it even developed IF they had had access to safe affordable abortion. So you can either choose to eradicate the cell clump, or you can watch people do self-procedures that leave baby-in-dumpster results. There is no way to stop people from ending an unwanted pregnancy.

@DearAmbellina2113 I understand that and know that there are always exceptions and sometimes people do conceive through no fault of their own. But certainly that must be an exception. I cannot believe that there are hundreds of thousands of rape conceptions. We all know that unwanted pregnancies can be avoided unless rape is involved. Killing babies because people are just plain lazy is something I cannot justify. I know some people disagree and they are entitled to their opinion.

@Riverman2 5% of pregnancies are a result of rape, and it could be even higher because not all victims report their experience. That's high enough to justify keeping abortion legal.
Riverman2 · 61-69, M
@DearAmbellina2113 I think that's ridiculous. What is wrong with making rape be an exception, which it obviously is?
DearAmbellina2113 · 41-45, F
@Riverman2 think about it...you're gonna force a human being to carry a fetus and risk her own health and financial security to what? Birth a child who will end up in the system and go through goodness knows what? I think availing abortion to anyone who needs it is a far better option than that.
Riverman2 · 61-69, M
@DearAmbellina2113 I am not forcing anyone to do anything. If you don't want to be pregnant then fo what you need to do to prevent that.
DearAmbellina2113 · 41-45, F
@Riverman2 it's not as easy as that. Condoms break and birth control fails. And you can not tell a grown ass person to just not have sex- if they are an adult, their sex life is nobody's business.

@DearAmbellina2113 OK you win .Obviously people are to stupid too animalistic, and too lazy to avoid getting pregnant. So let's just solve that by butchering the innocent unborn babies. Have fun.

If you want to have 100 kids, have at it. Some people don't want even one and will kill unwanted children, either in the womb or when they are teens. It's best to mind your own business on this issue because it is not your business if a woman wants to abort an unwanted, unloved, baby. Raise your own and stop trying to be a control freak.

@Riverman2 You might get smart if you live another thousand years but right now it doesn't look good for you.
