By the sound of The Voice they sounded European probably from UK.

the parents and practically dragging the kids out of the store. The kids are like mommy, daddy, why is it so hot?

And the mom goes “because we’re in Florida”

Funny how these things come full circle. when I first moved here I would look around in awe like how are these people just going on about their day like we’re not fighting 7th circle of hell heat waves over here
