@MarmeeMarch My dear boy.. As I keep telling you, I dont hate America. Its a wonderful country and I really wish I had seen more of it.. Nor do I hate the American people, no matter what size, colour or creed they come in. They are all Americans to me..
I do take issue with some of the system of Government that means money means more than equity or justice, and a few parts of the consumer culture that supports media creatures like the Kardashians. But I know a lot of Americans feel the same.. As for thoughts and prayers. Thats what every American politician says about the latest life taking disaster they could have prevented if that had done something about it before it happened, but didnt. Be it a shooting or global warming.. You have a nice day now..😷

@MarmeeMarch Cable TV is all very well. But there is nothing like being there. Some of the best memories I have are of people. Including a wonderful Lady in Disneyland who helped me organise gifts for my grandchildren, a tall young Texan in LAX who "Ma'am"ed my wife half to death for an hour and an old Arab in the Dubai Gold Souk who got into a good natured haggle with me over some jewellery with both of us bursting out laughing as we got closer to a deal.. You have to get out there and do this sh*t...😷
