I Love Florida

Maybe someone from Florida can help me here. I heard that some of the cities are starting to open up the beaches to walking and bike riding. You can not do any water sports, sunbathing, or gather in groups. I was in the kitchen fixing food and heard parts of it but not all of it. It was on the local NBC station.
