@cherokeepatti As I was telling some other commenters, the city has a history of being lackadaisical when it comes to upgrading their infrastructure. It was an issue even when I was a teenager in the 90s.
@cherokeepatti I haven't heard about or read of any, but I guarantee you that if there was a major disaster that the city would have a huge one on their hands.
