Is it happening again

The more I see what is going on in California right now I am starting to wonder if these wild fires was planned like what happen in Hawaii. I heard one of the biggest insurance companies there ended people house insurance. Now I am hearing about the water hydrants going dry.

I'm surprised they actually insured them in the first place. It has always been high risk area. If there has been draught for many months, it doesn't surprise me that insurance companies sniffed out a potential problem and backed away in a dirty way. Arsons are possible but I wouldn't necessarily see the connection there. They could have simply known it's a ticking bomb at this point.
The Hawaii situation was much weirder tbh. No alarms, the power wasn't cut off when it should had been, police blocking the only road out. It was one huge f**k up.
