California fires

Some of my relatives live in SoCal, but not close to the areas affected. I checked in with them again this morning.

I’m about 40 or 50 miles south of the fires. I don’t know anyone up there though.

I know a few. Most have marked safe on Facebook except one of my friends. I'm sure he's okay

Miley. I sent her a text offering my couch to sleep on. Haven't heard back yet.

My whole family is out there. Half of them are evacuated but safe

My friends are evacuated and safe at this point. :)

Never discuss rebuilding differently when you talk to Americans about their car driven disasters! Homelessness and cars forever. But so, so tasteless to interrupt Americans in their talking about prayers and hopes! Never say solutions. Nevet have solutions. Be car friendly.
