Is it true that most people from California are nice but not kind?

So they’re mostly fake people?
One of my uncles is from California and he’s one of the most honest and straightforward people ever. Even he told me that most people in LA are snakes. Fake as ever. He’s been to LA. The thing is, he was born and raised in Huntington Beach. He moved here to New Mexico a year after he graduated University.
