That's my thought too. I've actually been to the store it was sold at a few times. It's a mountain town which means there's some wealth disparity. I'm pullin' for the winner to be some hardcore mountain person barely making ends meet. That would be awesome.

Most likely US Government “won” that lottery. Like one winning billion jack pot was tracked to a company owned by Kamala husband. I doubt the government would let some John Doe or average Karen keep this much cash. Not when they are building new prisons and financing international wars.
