I just want my own piece of dirt somewhere...😫 I HATE CALIFORNIA!!!!!!

At this point I could happily live in a dugout as long as I could fence off my property and make it safe for my cats. No immediate neighbors, but not so far from a source of work/income that it's impossible to survive.

Have I mentioned, I hate california?!

The cost of living has jumped 400% since 2020 in New Hampshire, and the recession has just started to bring rent/ mortgages down, but still astronomical.
