@Brookie101 Oregon has a very racist history, Not a lot of black people live here because they were barred from settling here up into the early 1900s. We're a very WHITE place up in Portland but very Progressive. It's very confusing how it can be so racist and so progressive at the same time. We do get a lot of Asians though. Because we're closer to Asia than Europe on this side. I freaking hate Racism. I find it really outdated and primitive.

@BetweenKittensandRiots yeah, I agree. Being rude towards someone simply because of the color of their skin is never a nice thing to do. It doesn't make them a better person, regardless of who they are or you are. The only thing you can really do is be an example and treat everyone with love and respect, and hopefully enough people will follow to make things better♥️
