The southern US traumatized me

As a former resident of the southern US, that would be very disturbing for me too.

I used to have nightmares that even though I am a college grad it turns out that somehow I didn't finish high school and I have to go back to my small Illinois hometown for my senior year. Then it got to where I just laughed and said who cares, I work in a restaurant!

A lot has transpired since you moved west, the disappointment will pass and the sun will shine again!

It traumatizes me too and I live in the mid-weet.

That would scare me too.
