Philadelphia… yay or nay?

Yay for me — I’ve always enjoyed visiting the downtown area. Just there again for a conference. Great food choices

I've only been once very briefly. I took a tour, saw the liberty bell, and had a philly cheesesteak. I wouldn't mind going back and exploring more of the area.
@midnightrose The Liberty Bell is smaller than I thought when I saw it in 2002.

I had an aunt and uncle in S Philly growing up. My aunt’s family (Eye-Talian) we’re in the carting business. For some reason they always had plenty of cash around 🤔💵

@beermeplease

But you would have had a pretty good selection of beers to choose from.

Yes, the immediate downtown area is fun to visit... But the rest of the city... 😲
