If you had to pick one state in your country to get rid of, which one would you choose?

@cherokeepatti Yup. The Netherlands is pretty small. We do have provinces but they don't have self-government like states do.

@cherokeepatti Thankfully nobody wears clogs anymore. Because they are ugly and horrible and hide all the Toes! 😄

@FeetAreFantastic Clogs were in style here in the mid 1970’s. They had a leather mesh on top and wooden on the bottom. A lot of the girls had them one year in high school. I’d wear mine outdoors instead of sandals or flip-flops sometimes and lived in a rural area. One day the weather was really nice, went to the mailbox to check on the mail and decided to walk a bit. I walked over 2 miles in those clogs. The next day the bottom of my feet were so blistered that the skin and callouses blistered up and in a few days a huge amount of it came off. Had tender skin like a baby on the bottom of my feet for a few days. They might be good for the backyard but serious walking is not a good thing to do in them.

@FeetAreFantastic I'm gonna clomp around in clogs, then... someone's got to stand out from the crowd...
