What city will you never visit based on its reputation?

I am lucky in that I SAW so many cities before there was so much danger of being shot, filth, homeless encampments, crime, and drugs.

Now, I would never visit Chicago, New York City, Atlanta, San Francisco, L.A., or any large southern border city.
