San Franweirdo. When I lived there I once took the two dogs to Pacific Beach for a walk and a naked man walked right up to us. Said something I didn't understand and both dogs hid behind me for protection. He went away after that. Will never forget that. Witnessed plenty of wackos in El Lay as well, they're basically full of drugs and crime.
