Supposedly my city is notoriously dangerous but I don't see it.

There are abandoned houses and the occasional person who makes you uncomfortable but for the most part, people are friendly, say hi when passing, say hi to the cops, I don't sense racial tension, nothing like that. Yesterday I spent 9 hours working in the most "dangerous" streets and I'm still alive. Just had to keep my truck locked.

I won't reveal where I'm from but... just because people SAY a city is notoriously bad, does that actually mean it's bad? Lol

When you are that person who is targeted, then your tune changes. It's only dangerous when it is. Perfectly safe walking a girder at the top of a building blindfolded, the shit only gets real when you fall off.

@SinlessOnslaught Well it depends who you're hanging around with too. If you just stick to yourself and don't really bother anyone then why would there be any issue ? I'm sure the city is dangerous if you're hanging out with drug dealers and gang bangers and doing illegal shit.
