What I have learned from observation is that black lives lost only matter if lost to a white male - preferably a police officer. The dozens of others black lives snuffed out by other black people every weekend don't benefit any political agenda and are therefor expendable.

Most of them are criminals killing each other. Very few innocents killed. They chose that life. It’s very different from children at school.

@TheGreatestEver123 what im saying is that liberals attack when a shooting happens in a red state but take no responsibility when it in their own backyard
TheGreatestEver123 · 41-45, M
@TheRascallyOne Oh I see. That’s because they are blinded by their bias. It’s the same reason that every time an unarmed black person is killed by police, they push it onto the news agenda and try to make it seem as if black people are being killed all the time. Whereas the truth in the statistics is that the police officer is more likely to be killed by a black criminal and unarmed white people are more likely to be killed by police. But that doesn’t fit their narrative. That’s just basic ignorant human behaviour though.

@TheGreatestEver123 exactly 💯

ikr? countless thousands are victimized all over the world each day, so often in fact that at least 3 people were raped, 2 were beaten into a coma, and 1 was murdered in less time than it took me to type this sentence...
But lets all ignore that, drop what we're doing and feign sympathy for a random shooting somewhere in the US that most people couldn't find on a map, while we virtue signal and point blame at people who had nothing to do with it... 🤔

@SW-User The problem isn't whom or what to blame after the fact (that won't fix anything, nor bring the victims back to life); the problem is the people involved who absolve themselves of any responsibility before the fact...
TheGreatestEver123 · 41-45, M
@wildbill83 why have you got an obsession with the term ‘virtue-signalling’? Do you even know what it means? Why would reporting a story about several children getting gunned down in a school be virtue-signalling? Of course lots of people get raped, murdered or victimised in other ways all the time, but this is different due to its rarity, which makes it more newsworthy.

@wildbill83 And who are those people...?

No we are not. But I'm sorry, the massacre of innocent children, no matter what race, takes priority.

At what point did we forget a white supremacist walking into a supermarket to kill black people?
Spoiledbrat · F
At what point did we forget about abortion rights? I haven't seen one thread about it. @Longpatrol

You ok? The post just cuts off.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@TheRascallyOne Every tragedy in the US seems to be run through the political divide and both sides just blame the other. It's upsetting as my experience has told me nothing will come of this and few really want to solve these issues, they just want to be right about their beliefs regarding the incident.
Spoiledbrat · F
Was it street crime? Children getting shot in a school where it's normally safe is a big deal. @TheRascallyOne
TheRascallyOne · 31-35, M
@Spoiledbrat it was a street crime he just happened to run into a school like a coward

Just like we forget about every other shooting that happened early this year because there has been so many and no one gives a damn.
