Do Protestant Christians know about the God of nature as distinct from the God of supernature?

By God of nature I am referring to God as mankind can and does know Him to exist, by mankind's reason and intelligence.

And by God of supernature I am referring to God as Protestant Christians know Him to exist - by reading the Bible which holds the revelation of God by Himself, in particular of miracles He worked.

So, the natural man knows the God of nature by his natural reason and intelligence, while with the God of supernature Protestant Christians know Him to exist by revelabtion of God Himself by Himself, and recorded in the Bible.

I will focus on the God of nature, and I expect Protestant Christians to focus on the God of supernature.

This is the only god of nature I know. Many keep mistaking him for the Devil.

So you agree that the use of the word 'permanent' means that your god had a beginning, but you then say it didn't have a beginning.

You have now shown us that you're just making up whatever suits you from moment to moment.

You have now shown us that you're basing your god on convenient, fictions, and when those are revealed to be duplicitous and self-serving fictions, you simply invent yet more convenient fictions.

@newjaninev2

Hi newj, I agree with you that "When something changes it doesn't mean it didn't exist before it changed."

For example, you changed from a baby to an adult woman, but all the time from conception to your present existence, you exist - but you didn't exist before your conception in the womb of your mother.

With God however He never changes in time, because He exists all the time.

So that if you insist that God changes in time, then you and I we don't have the identical meaning of the word God.

That is why for me God is the permanent self-existent spirit creator and operator of man and the universe and everything transient in nature.

Permanent existence implicates self-existence, meaning not dependent on another being to come into the status of reality which is existence.

So, when you keep on and on and on asking who created God, you are going into infinite regress because you are just repeating in your mind the same question, for in objective reality outside your mind there is or exists God, the pemanent self-existent spirit, source of all beings which have a beginning like with the material-phyical universe and you and me, we are transient beings, i.e. not permanent.

[@newjaninev2], you tell me, "This is exactly what you try to avoid, because then you are easily held accountable for your words."

Just tell me verbatim what words from me that you want me to account for.

I arranged things so that any post contributed is at the top of the column, your post when written and sent, it will appear at the top, so also with my post i.e. all my words, so you can't miss my words.

Okay, present to me verbatim my words which you want me to account for, just go down and you will meet my words, then copy and paste them in your latest post, and I will see them and account for them, as your post will appear at the top, okay!?

Just abstain from technicalities of the forum, most crucially important are ideas and facts and truths, and that you and I and everyone get to read them, at the top when it is sent.

Hi everyone, I fear that newjaninev2 will dwell again on technicalities of the forum.

Hi newj, you tell me asking, "you're a protestant atheist who worships nature... is that right?"

No, I am not, period.

I am theist and a researcher on evidence for God as in the present thread* creator and operator of nature.

And the evidence for God is the universe itself which points to God, because the universe i.e. the material-physical universe has a beginning - you say it doesn't, but what is if any logic from you that the material-physical universe has no beginning, when it is composed of ultimately particles, and particles need an assembler to put the particles together into a material-physical universe.

A post is the main topic...what you originally put on this site. The blurb that begins "Do Protestant Christians know about the God of nature as distinct from the God of supernature?"

A comment is a response to that post, or a response to another comment.

comment are threaded together chronologically, and this is achieved by using the 'reply' button when you want to comment on another comment.

In this way, then is a coherent and chronological record of who said what to which comment, and the responses to all other comments that follow.

It is then a simple matter to scroll back up the thread to establish what was said and when.

Where did I say: "So you agree that the use of the word 'permanent' means that your god had a beginning, but you then say it didn't have a beginning."

Please quote verbatim where I said that, okay!?
Heavenlywarrior · 36-40, M
God is All. All is Mind. We are all thoughts of “infinite ineffable Intelligence” that expresses itself through All things.
yrger · 80-89, M
The word permanent means with no beginning and no ending, for example God is permanent because He exists all the time.

TrashCat · M
Why in the hell have I been summoned to this abominable post?
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F

No, it's your word, so you define it.
