Why was the last words by Jesus on the cross include,"My God , My God , Why hast thou forsaken me"?

It was in cultural / religious use to "invoke" the whole content of a Psalm by saying it´s first line.
So as it was also known by others, they didn´t take those begining words as solely meaning.
In said case was Psalm 22.
