Jesus Cover Me With Your Blood

Is it scriptural to ask Jesus to cover you with his blood? The blood that never loses it's power is already on the mercy seat. Our High Priest is ever alive and he used his very own blood to sprinkle the mercy seat.

If you believe Jesus and trust that His Atonement that he secured on the cross paid the price for your sin, You already have the covering of His atonement.. So therefore why would you need to ask for it from Him ?

If you already have it then you have it.. Have Faith in Him..

And yeah totally disregard those who have no idea about the symbolism within Christianity and will use your question as an opportunity to have a cheap shot with pathetic mockery.. The LORD shall deal with them in time..

I wouldn’t say it’s in the scripture but I can and will say that the power that’s in that shedding of blood is second to none and yes, I find myself asking the Lord to cover me with that blood and in asking him that, we are in essence asking him to cover us with HIS power!

@Morvoren When I say he's always with me I mean that he lives in me. Like I'm one with him. If something was wrong with his DNA would he have been able to heal me from depression after suffering from it more than a decade.
