I'm Not An Atheist. I'm Just Not Religious.

My problem with religion is that it convinces people there's a higher power that has influence over our lives (which contradicts the concept of free will, also created by religion). That can dissuade people from taking responsibility for their lives and it reduces the urge to solve our own problems. God isn't going to help (even if He is there). Society needs to roll its sleeves up and deal with life. Not fall to its knees to plead mercy.

The ancient Egyptians had the concept of sin too.

Soon the whole world will realize that God exists.
But they will also be highly compromised while dealing with this reality soon.
