@Diotrephes Well, there is Jesusainity and Christianity.
In Jesusainity, he will return at some point, and can be imagined as looking upon such events and even taking sides. The incarnation had been and gone.
In Christianity the Incarnation is [i]eternal[/i], and it is God [i]within the suffering[/i], with us. Redeeming it in every thought, word or act of compassion/love, this irrespective of the creed or beliefs of the human being involved.
The Lord knows his own.
