I Don't Believe In God

The gods of the major religions have self contradictory properties, so no, I don't believe any of them exist. I do believe there are likely entities which we might consider to be gods out in the interuniversal space, but nothing like what our limited imaginations have created.

You broke free of the continuous cycle of childhood indoctrination to come to accept that the stories that were told to you where merely stories and nothing more, full of contradictions, double standards, sexism, hypocrisy and barbarism that only self deception, delusional persons acting entirely on faith could ever accept as the source of divine intervention.

You know what I could never understand about religion and religious people? How they can KNOW that the thing they are worshipping, the thing they call "god" is not actually "satan" pretending to be god because apparently the devil is a master of deception and illusion. But you'll notice how religious people always "know" that they god they believe in is not the devil...because faith...as if that's not something a devious god-like creature would be able to use to their advantage.

God encourages and/or causes the mass killings of humans all throughout the bible, the killing of infants, the mutilation of newborn genitals and the slavery of human-kind, to me that sounds like the devil more than a god. but hey, to me, they're both one and the same. Both equally fictitious.

I would sooner pray to Odin than any god of Abraham.

Whew! That's right! Shout that from the rooftops! We're fed a healthy dose of life truths and they stick in just enough bullshit so we don't question which is which and by the time we're capable of reasoning, their religion is rooted so deep within our minds it's just as true as touching the stove top.
Yea really, the end times are supposedly going to be full of false miracles performed by satan... Like seriously, satan is going to be kicking God's ass in Earthly participation! I'll worship him over God any day if he does that, haha.
I agree, God is totally a disgusting freak. Funny how the believers of the Bible's morality always keep up to date with the required laws of their societies, and somehow forget what the previous generations believed.

because they already believe that to be true and they can't be wrong....after all, they're personal friends with the creator of the universe, don't need an ego boost for that one.

science teaches modesty, religion teaches you that you're super special and the center of the universe.

I mean, abrahamic religions cut the penises of little boys because god said so randomly one day, and got super pissed. That's the logic of the creator. Have males born with a foreskin, then randomly get upset one day and demand its painful removal.

such a shame that an all-knowing creator would have his creations abandon their wit, their logic and reasoning that he gave them in order to deceive them by telling them that they shouldn't use these tools to figure out if God is real, they should just take someone's word for it, and basically roll the dice as to where you were born and raised as to which god you would praise...okay makes sense.
