What is the fundamental belief system of Christianity? And how is it at it's very core hypocrisy? What is an essential part of it's very center of what they believe? It is Jesus Christ as your savior. That is their core belief. That is the foundation of their belief system. Jesus Christ is our savior from our sins. The foundation is their belief that if you do not accept Jesus Christ as your savior from your sins you shall perish. You shall suffer in hell.

You cannot say that only a few or that not all Christians believe this to be true. You must believe this. You must have faith that this is true. This is the will of God. Otherwise you are not a Christian. You are not a believer in Jesus Christ.

And this is why Christianity in its essence represents evil. In that the existence of hell is a part of the very center of their belief system. At the very center of their belief is that you should suffer you must suffer eternal damnation if you do not accept Jesus Christ as your savior from sin. And this is the epitome of hypocrisy of betrayal of abandonment of everything of every belief they hold. They deny themselves of their very salvation by condemning those who do not believe. They condemn themselves to the greatest of all sins. The damnation of others the suffering of others.

Nope.. The Core belief as far as salvation goes is that the Atonement of the LORD Jesus saves us from the Eternal [c=4C0073][big]PENALTY[/big][/c] we face because of our sins...

No one who becomes a Christian is saved from sinning.. No one stops sinning, Christian or Non- Christian..
And this is why Christianity in its essence represents evil. In that the existence of hell is a part of the very center of their belief system.
Yes Hell is a part of the Christian belief system.. But your disagreement with it does not make it evil.. It's only your expression of your personal opposition to Hells existence.. And you being a mere human being are not perfect and therefore your personal judgement regarding Hell only stands in your own faulty mind..
They deny themselves of their very salvation by condemning those who do not believe.
We give [c=4C0073]WARNING[/c] of God's Condemnation if one is not justly forgiven their sins.. God is the judge.. We Christians are mere messengers of GOD's Judgement. Christians will not be casting anyone into the Eternal Lake of Fire.. The Angels will be doing that..

Again disagreement with God does not prove the Non- existence of God and the disagreement with God does not force God to change His actions or His eternal plan,, Which includes the Eternal Lake of Fire..

@Adstar No, as God has said, his eternal plan is the "reconciliation of all things".

One has only to begin to look at the text of the Bible from a deeper and more fundamental hermeneutics to find this Plan of Universal Salvation proclaimed time and time again. The text then becomes the Living Word" "full of grace and truth."

Sadly, I suspect that you will not seriously think on such things, and like others here, simply refuse to look at such alternative ways of interpreting Scripture.

But whatever, happy Christmas.

Chapter and verse?

Nope..

And sadly i suspect that you will continue to support the lie of the universalism doctrine and preach it to others whom may or may not be tempted by the lie of universalism..

@Adstar “Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord. And that he may send Jesus Christ who was preached to you before whom heaven must receive until the times of the restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.” (Acts 3 v 19-21)

If you refer to the book by David Bentley Hart I have consistently mentioned, he lists 23 verses/passages that imply Universalism, if not explicitly proclaim it. Again, he deals in depth with four whole chapters of St Paul's Letter to the Romans which result in the Universalist conclusion.

If YOU are serious you will get yourself a copy of his book and all the others I have listed.

Thank you

In the very verse you quote there is requiorments within it that one needs to do before one has salvation..

NOTE: Be converted so that your sins MAY BE blotted out.. Not that it WILL BE for all..

Note:; So that the times of refreshing MAY COME.. Not that it WILL COME for all..

NOTE: until the times of the restoration of all THINGS.. Not the restoration of EVERYONE..

The prophets declared that God would create a NEW Heavens and a NEW earth. So He will be restoring all THINGS ... Yes He will also be restoring all things within creation.. Animals plants human beings .. But the scriptures does not say He will be restoring EVERYONE.. THINGS must be viewd as caagories of things God has created.. Not every individuel example of the things He has created..

I focus on refering to the WORD of God not false preachers like david bentley.. Telling me to make david bentley my authority over the Holy Bible is a waste of time.. You may worship and trust in the word of david bentley because his doctrines tickle your ears, thats up to you..

@Adstar No. The "requirements" are what YOU stick on top of the very plain words "the restoration of all things", according to YOUR theology. All things includes ALL people.

"For as in Adam ALL die, so in Christ shall ALL be made alive."

And you totally miss the point about the book by David Bentley Hart. As I said quite plainly, he lists TWENTY THREE verses/passages from the New Testament that imply Universalism, plus a deep hermeneutics of St Pauls Letter to the Romans. Mr Hart knows the Greek of the NT so well that he has published his own translation.

Perhaps the thought of all those that you disagree with being thrown into Lakes of Fire to suffer torment perpetually actually tickles YOUR ears?

But whatever, the doctrine you support is now losing ground and remains mostly only among what some have called the Protestant Lunatic Fringe.

@SW-User The All things quote MUST be interpreted using the Entire Word of God, the rest of the Bible.. You do not build a religion on a few isolated verses.. and thats what the ones who push this universalism garbage do..

The Word of God states that::

(Revelation 19:20) "And [big]the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet[/big] that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. [big]These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone[/big]."

The beast and the false prophet are MEN.. If all things means what the decieved universaism preachers think it means then the beast and the false prophet would not be getting throwninto the Eternal Lake of fire.. Note 1000 years after these tow get thrown satan will get thrown into the lake of fire along with all who will not be wrtten into the LAMBS book of Life..

(Revelation 20:7-10) "And [big]when the thousand years are expired[/big], Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, {8} And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. {9} And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. {10} And[big] the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are[/big], and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever."

Note how the beast and the false prophet are already in the lake of fire and that they will have been in the lake of fire for 1000 years when satan is finaly cast into the very same lake of fire.. Note the final verse of Revelation 20::

(Revelation 20:15) "And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire."

If the fake doctrine of universalism where true then no one would be being cast into the lake of fire because there would be none found not written into the Book of Life..

@Adstar Hi, if you referred to the book I have persistently spoken of you will see your position here refuted. Mr Hart DOES NOT build a theology on one verse, or even two, but upon the entire New Testament text. And does it in great detail over Four deep meditations on the nature of God, Judgement, the Human Person and Human Freedom.

Just look at your own last statement... You simply PRESUME there will be names not found in the Book of Life. Again, you presume the Lake of Fire is itself eternal, which involves the understanding of the original Greek words used in the NT for time, or an "age".

Mr Hart knows the Greek language in which the NT was written, and is not deceived by "ever and ever" and suchlike.

@Adstar I will repeat once more. Read Mr Hart's book.

Until you do, consider our discussion at an end.

Unless you begin a post with " OK, I have now read the book" I will no longer respond.

Thank you.

@SW-User Yeah our discussion has come to an end i have given you the truth and you are responsible for your response to the truth and now face judgement because of it.. I hope you eventualy embrace the truth and are saved from the Eternal Lake of fire..
