Aggressive Evangelists

The christian evangelists have been busy harrassing people in town recently. Don't they realize their aggressive approach, insulting everyone who isn't their specific brand of christian, drives people away from christianity? Or it that their intention?

I think you are right. This kind of Christian does drive others away for Yeshua. They don't see it this way, though. They think they are loving you and they are trying to save you from a bad eternity. Still, I think, maybe they forget, that unless one is called by Elohim they will not hear the message with love, but will be offended. . "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me."John 10:27. I think a Christian's' own life should reflect Yeshua's teachings, and then if someone comes to you, because of your example, and asks you about Yeshua, this is when you tell them the good news.

@SW-User No but those who have say it doesn't work because christians think they have a god given right to do as they please to spread their BS.

@rob19 I am so very sorry for the behavior of my fellow Christians. The only thing I can really say is "Please remember that Christian is not another word for perfect." We are all growing, and some are more mature than others. I hope things get much better for you in the future and that you can find peace.

@SW-User Things will get better when christianity finally dies out. As only a minority of the UK population admits to being christian, and that number is dwindling exponetionally, that might not be too long.

@rob19 You are right, I don't think you will have to wait long. The increase in hatred towards Christians world wide is increasing every day. My household has been preparing ourselves for the fact that we will , most likely ,die for our beliefs for the last 3 years. Maybe when we have all died the world will be a place that makes you happy.
