Aggressive Evangelists

The christian evangelists have been busy harrassing people in town recently. Don't they realize their aggressive approach, insulting everyone who isn't their specific brand of christian, drives people away from christianity? Or it that their intention?

I thnk it's because the world is becoming more sinful in their eyes. Deviant issues, family morals etc...all things perverse have gotten out of hand so they are trying to make us righteous. Morals and values are not valued any longer.

That just a polite way of saying they're trying to dictate how we live our lives. They're just control freaks.

@caesar7 Christian morals and values are not valued any longer which I think is great and leads to freedom. That doesn't mean morals and values are gone. Everyone has different sets of morals and values who often overlap.

@rob19 No. I used to be somewhat fundamentalist in my younger days so I can understand their mindset. It's not out of a desire to persecute others, control others or anything like that. They genuinely believe that people are in need of salvation and are trying to lead people to it. They have loving motives even if you don't like their message or the way they deliver it.
