I Am Christian

There are Americans who claim, they are "just biblical Christians" of no special denomination. They believe that

- Catholicism is satanic
- sacraments are a curse
- only KJV is the real Bible
- the most important Bible book is Revelation
- rapture will happen
- child baptism is wrong because conscious faith must be first
- baptism must be done by complete immersion
- statues are inhabited by evil spirits
- alcohol and tobacco are bad (as if they were Muslims)
- no confession and remission. one time sinned after salvation -> lost
but Sabbath is important although that's a Jewish and no Christian holiday.

What is the name of this "no denomination"? every child has a name.

How do you know Christians like this exist? Sounds like a mashup of beliefs.

I met them online. what different beliefs are mashed up? I don't know features of US denominations very well.

Statues are inhabited by evil spirits? Umm no one thinks that.

Alcohol and Tobacco are bad? I think mot religions believe this to a degree. Its that whole body is a temple idea.

I am not even sure what you mean by the no confession line ...

@Pherick: well, they didn't say actually curse but that it's paganism of Babylon or Nimrod or something.

they believe you must pray a salvation prayer then you are saved, but when you sin again you are lost and go to hell (if I got this stuff right)

I was once taught, when you made a sin, you repent and are forgiven, because we are all sinners.

why do these people who claim to follow Bible make things so complicated? so much perfectionism is just insane and psychological terrorism by creating a burden of guilt.
