They will know we are Christians by our love.
There's not a lot of love being shown by a vocal segment of Christianity. They support theft, lies, murder, injustice and idolatry.
They call themselves Christians, but whom do they really serve? Their hate. And hate is very much the purview of the Devil. Yet the stand at the pulpit and on the street corners professing far and wide how holy they are.
Matthew 6: 5-15
“And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. 6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
I may not be a very good Christian, but at least I can say I've never been hateful. Ignorant, yes. Naive, certainly.
But never wilfully deceitful.
