I listened a video of a christian pastor

He basically said to stop looking for a job, and i admits it talks to me a lot because i own a job but im not satisfied of this life...

I wish i could be homeless again cause i was free and moreover you can have lot of money on the welfare as a homeless because you dont pay any rent

But trying to convince the place i live at to leave and be homeless wont be an easy task

Living off other people’s hard work is hardly Christian, I would’ve thought. You’d have a pretty hard time convincing me that you should live on welfare rather than earn your own keep.

@pikminboy Even so, this interpretation of his teachings is not in your best interests.

You might not like your job, but you at least know where your bed will be tonight and no one is going to try to beat you up or steal your stuff once you lock your door tonight. You can choose what you eat and when you eat (within reason) without relying on whatever other people bring to you and their time frame.

Plus, this time of year is one of the worst times to be homeless. Think of yourself and your (mental and physical) health.

You have more freedom to shape the direction of your life going forward from this point than you will ever have back out there on the streets.
