god i come to you in jesus name asking you to stop all hackers from hacking people accounts taking their money and to let the hackers all go complete bankrupt forever

Prayers would be better directed toward PROTECTING the victims of hackers from their attacks.

God knows exactly how to do that. You must never try to instruct God as to HOW something should be done. His ways are ALWAYS going to be better than yours.
