Sigh. This is what ignorance looks like.

This is what the secular world thinks Christians believe, what the Bible teaches. It’s sad.
I don't know why people argue over religion, when salvation has nothing whatsoever to do with what denomination a person is. John 3:16 says that Jesus didn't die for a certain group or certain person. He died for all.

[aEloach] Historically, all societies that have advanced have been based upon religions that serve as binding agents to keep the people unified. Consider such groups as the Aztecs, Incas, Mayans, Egyptians, Chinese, Asian Indians, Persians. Other groups which lacked a unifying religion simply existed and didn’t make any significant progress of any kind.

Within the past 100 years political doctrines have started to emerge as competitors to the religions. The most successful political doctrine so far has been communism although it is starting to fade. America is still under the control of the religious doctrine. There is no single political doctrine that is strong enough to replace the religious doctrine at this time. In fact, the way our political system is structured ensures that it is highly unlikely that a single political doctrine will be strong enough to replace the religious doctrines although more people are tossing religion every year.

Christians apparently, according to the clown who wrote that, want to "destroy all things logical". Wow. Coming from people who believe that our very reality is nothing more consequential than a "happy accident", and that nothing ultimately means anything at all, and that we have no purpose, no free will and aren't any better than animals, well... let me just say that when it comes to basic logic, atheists aren't exactly known for being familiar with it.

More what one person believes. To dub it "what the secular world thinks" is to miss the mind/heart of the individual self.

@JovialMoose Try again. Maybe you should try a dictionary instead of memes next time.

@SW-User I read them. You proved my point. Now what?
