I Am Christian

The saddest words that will ever be spoken.

[i] "Depart from me, ye workers of iniquity, I never knew you
[i]

This will be spoken to every non believer in the Lord of Salvation, Jesus Christ, on the day when we all stand before him to be judged.

Today is the day of salvation, do not turn him away.

I never knew him either, so no big deal. 🤷‍♂️

@SW-User It will be a big deal if you leave this life without him, do you know what he has provided for you?
SW-User
@Silverwings yes, disease and misery. I know, "it's a test". But I don't want anything to do with anyone or anything performing such experiments.

@SW-User Jesus came to give us life more abundantly, and to provide a home with him for all eternity , one that is without pain and sorrow, sickness and death, why oh why would you reject that?
Silverwings · 61-69, F
@SW-User There is no misery for those in Christ, he offers quiet the opposite, peace that passes all understanding, and as one who has been walking with Him since June of 1985, I can attest to the genuineness of this offer..

@Silverwings I wouldn't reject that, but he has only shown me the opposite in this life. And there is no misery for those who follow him? Tell that to Christians who dealt with brain tumors, cancer and miscarriages for example.

@SW-User If you have never known him , how do you know what life with him is like? I live with cervical dystonia, with is quiet painful and debilitating, to say the least along with pain from a broken hip, not to mention that many that I have loved have already left this world, including the love of my life, my mate for 38 years, left in 2012, but blame God, no I do not, it is a normal occurance in this fallen world that we live in for these things to occur, but I rather find solace in the love , hope and comfort that God provides, oh and I too know the devastation that can come from miscarriage, as I lost my second child while I was in the hospital with the first one, seeing her thru surgery.

@Silverwings I'm sorry you go through all that and I'm happy that God supports you. Sadly he has never done anything to help me. All my support came from friends, family and doctors.

@SW-User All because you have not opened the door of your heart to allow him to come in, he is a gentleman he will never force you.

@Silverwings oh, I've welcomed him plenty of times. Nothing ever changed unless I made it happen.
