I Am Christian

Why do christians so often make out like homosexuality is some huge sin? More terrible than any other? I mean let's accept that it's sinful because the book says so, but why such an intense reaction while other sins are just glossed over?

@ unparalleledmonster obviously he stated Marriage once for 1 woman and 1 man hence Adam and eve. I can't tell where exactly to find it but it was a bible study topic, but he basically said having those thoughts isn't a sin but acting on them
