Do you agree with this quote "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked"?

I believe it applies to most but there are some, even if a few, who don't lie to themselves about who they truly are. Most people, if not all, see faults in others and either fail to see or deny seeing faults in themselves, with the exception of the few.
