I Believe In The God Of The Bible

Most religion is man made and is false. However, the Bible has proven itself over and over to be reliable and true. It though, has been falsely interpreted by many and twisted and perverted by those with selfish agendas. I don't presume to have perfect understanding, however, I do believe I have honest intentions toward finding truth. Contrary to what many believe, the Bible is not a book of rules impossible for man to keep. It teaches love of God and of your fellow man. The one requirement for eternal salvation is to believe on Jesus as the incarnate Son of God and his work.

If one is looking for reason to believe in the Bible, he only has to study the Jewish people and the prophecies concerning them. Sir Isaac Newton declared the Bible proved itself by the prophecy in Daniel telling when the messiah would be present. In the day we live we have witnessed the regathering of Israel and God's protective hand upon them.

I realize there are many who will not believe, but for me I have seen too much and have had too much revealed to me for me not to believe. I do pray for those who have been deceived and choose not to believe.

Christianity was largely invented by a power hungry non-believer at the council of Nicaea. Books were selectively chosen to make the absurd sound more plausible.
That's just how I'd describe a lot of atheist web sites, like the one you got that little tidbit from

@ImperialAerosolKidFromEP: Why do you attribute a historical fact to atheist websites? Constantine was a pagan who struck a deal with a Christian sect in order to become Roman emperor. He presided over the making of the bible: banishing anyone who contested his will. He ruled in favour of Jesus' divinity despite testaments refuting this.
@LicketySplit: why do you attribute something I've never heard before (and may never again) to historical fact? That is how I know it came from an atheist web site: it smells of the desperate misinformation I've come to expect from Internet atheists

@ImperialAerosolKidFromEP: You've been victimized, but not by me. I don't go to atheist websites. I read history books. Christianity is plagued with desperate falsities. I hope you discover this.

I really stirred up the devil on this one. Smug non believer answers suffering from the delusion that they know something they have no clue about.
